Dustin Stout – General Manager & Pilot
Dustin Stout is the General Manager and a Pilot for RC Agriculture, as well as a managing partner alongside his wife, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law. Born and raised in Burley, Idaho, Dustin comes from a long line of farmers on both sides of his family. His agricultural experience spans 14 years, including five years operating a dry fertilizer applicator and nine years as a Crop Consultant for Nutrien. His expertise in crop production—especially potatoes—has helped countless farmers in Cassia County maximize their yields.
When he’s not working, Dustin is likely to be found in the mountains hunting or rock climbing. As a devoted family man, he shares his love of the outdoors with his wife, Mindy, and daughter, Alyssa. Dustin is eager to collaborate with area farmers, ranchers, and consultants to make the growing season a success. Agriculture is the heartbeat of this valley, and he is proud to contribute to its prosperity through RC Agriculture.
Jayden Poulton – Remote Pilot & Rig Supervisor
Jayden Poulton is a 6th-generation cattle rancher who has always been passionate about agriculture. Growing up on his family’s ranch, Jayden developed a deep appreciation for the land and livestock. His involvement in agriculture took him across the country, from the mountains of southern Idaho to FFA conventions in Indianapolis.
Jayden’s love of aviation started early, inspired by crop dusters, sport kites, and RC helicopters. Though he once dreamed of becoming an agricultural pilot, he never imagined that dream would come true in such an exciting way. As a Remote Pilot and Rig Supervisor for RC Agriculture, he is now living that dream while also pursuing his commercial pilot license at Short Final Aviation. Jayden is excited for the seasons ahead and looks forward to contributing to both the success of RC Agriculture and the growers they serve.
Mindy Stout – Chief Supervisor of Operations & Pilot in Command
Mindy Stout serves as the Chief Supervisor of Operations and Pilot in Command for RC Agriculture. She is also a managing member alongside her husband, brother, and sister-in-law. Having grown up in southern Idaho, Mindy has been surrounded by farming and ranching from a young age. Her father managed Oakley and Milner Irrigation companies, and she spent her childhood working on a neighbor’s family farm.
After raising three sons on their family cattle ranch in Oakley, Mindy and her husband, Dustin, moved to Burley. With 28 years of experience in the medical field and as a medical coder, she is now making the transition into agriculture full-time. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hunting and rock climbing, passions she shares with her family. Mindy is excited to be part of such a knowledgeable team at RC Agriculture and looks forward to serving the farmers and ranchers in the valley.
